Instructor Spotlight: Rebecca Lilley

You'll find Rebecca in the Code Games channel, where her focus is on building games with pure code, whether the language is Python, C#, or Java!

Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Web Technologies at Liberty University, graduating with highest honors. Her collegiate projects include several custom websites as well as mobile and desktops apps.

After graduating, she worked as a contractor to complete the prototype of an app designed to assist in-training neurosurgeons to correctly locate the STN (subthalamic nucleus) of the human brain. 

Her professional experience includes administration, marketing, web design, programming, business development, teaching, and writing. She is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.

On weekends, Rebecca works as a swim instructor at her local YMCA, teaching the Y’s youngest age groups swim strokes and water safety skills. She is passionate about creative writing and has completed several novels. Her other hobbies include running, swimming, hiking, and solving escape rooms.
